Adobe Summit EMEA 2023 finally returned in June 2023 at Excel, London. Taylor Bennett Partners once again selected Encore for technical design and production. Our team flawlessly managed the main conference, exhibition area, break-out rooms, and the Summit Bash evening event, all centred on the future of digital experiences. 

Solutions

We transformed a simple sketch into reality by installing a stunning 90-meter curved LED screen at the Adobe exhibition stand, extending into a dedicated chill-out zone. At the Keynote Theatre, featuring speakers like Emma Thompson DBE and Richard Ayoade, we erected an impressive 81.3-meter-wide high-resolution LED backdrop. From ten breakout rooms to the luxurious Customer Meeting Centre and lively networking space, our team meticulously ensured each area received impeccable attention to detail and seamless technical setup. Additionally, we handled the full technical production for the iconic Summit Bash, an extraordinary evening celebration set in a futuristic natural wonderland.
