Brief

Celebrating bold, British creativity and previewing some of the BBC’s top programmes, we were briefed to deliver full technical production for two hotly anticipated evening events. With a focus on delivering an extraordinary guest experience that immersed guests in the content, we worked closely with our client to produce and deliver a spectacular yet complementary production design for each of the two evenings.

Solutions

Night One began with a stylish Doctor Who drinks reception on a curved 1,000m² platform, elevated 5 meters above a section of the arena’s seating and floor. This setup allowed for a dramatic reveal of the immersive dining space below, themed around the upcoming series The Watch.

Following a 13-hour overnight turnaround, our team transformed the space into a glamorous gala dinner for 570 guests, celebrating BBC Studio’s program ‘A Perfect Planet’. A massive LED screen showcased spectacular BBC content, while a stunning 4-meter-diameter sphere made of recycled window sticker offcuts served as a captivating centerpiece.
