In February 2025, the city of London played host to one of the most prominent annual events in the live production and events industry, the TPi Awards, organised by Mondiale Technology Media LTD. With a bold and ambitious vision, Mondiale aimed to deliver an experience that transcended the ordinary, blending creative elegance with precision in execution. The concept was founded on a fully realised creative vision, encompassing a distinctive visual design, a clearly structured programme flow, and an interactive environment that gave each element of the ceremony its own identity.
To bring this vision to life, Mondiale partnered with Go To Live and Encore to ensure a meticulously planned event with expert oversight and delivery. Go To Live managed the entire production for Mondiale, while Encore ensured that all technical elements were planned to perfection.
From the moment the initial designs were received, Encore’s teams began working closely alongside Go To Live to ensure an execution that aligned with Mondiale’s aspirations and honoured every detail of the original concept. This included the construction of a bespoke, multifunctional stage capable of seamlessly accommodating both live performances and formal segments. In partnership with event sponsors, a fully integrated technical setup was deployed, comprising powerful audio systems, advanced video solutions, large-scale LED screens, and dynamic lighting using over 240 Robe fixtures.
A comprehensive 3D production plan was developed to coordinate the efforts of the audio, lighting, and video teams, ensuring a smooth and cohesive delivery free from complexity. Attention was not only given to what the audience would see, but also extended behind the scenes, where backstage facilities were meticulously prepared to provide comfort and efficiency for presenters and crew. This holistic approach elevated the overall professionalism of the event, both on stage and behind the curtain.
Mondiale Technology Media praised our work highly, expressing full satisfaction of our execution and creative delivery. Attendees echoed this sentiment, awarding a perfect 10 out of 10 for an experience that was seamless, visually striking, and professionally run.
