This year, visitors will be welcomed with a pre-flight experience via the exclusive Encore app, which offers a truly unique, interactive way to engage with our showcase, before you arrive at booth 9001. Take our pre-flight quiz to determine the destination that’s right for you, and then use the app as your personal passport to a curated and impactful IMEX experience. You’ll also get the opportunity to gain access to our exclusive Encore executive lounge, by collecting frequent flier miles through the app. By scheduling appointments with our team, booking a seat at one of our fireside chats, or organising a meeting with an Encore partner, you can collect points. These points unlock the door to an exclusive space where you can relax, recharge, and have deeper conversations with our team about your next big event.

How to get started with your Frequent Flier Experience
Step 1: Access the Frequent Flier Experience
Use this link: Take Flight with Encore
Step 2: Register your details and complete our pre-flight questionnaire
Step 3: Wait for your confirmation email
- You will receive a registration confirmation email from emea@chime.live. It may take a couple of minutes to arrive.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 4: Sign in
- Use your email address and the password we provided (found in your confirmation email) to log in to the Frequent Flier Experience .
- You can also save the Frequent Flier Experience as a widget on your phone’s home screen.
Simply click on the “share” icon at the bottom and then select “Add to Home Screen”.
Step 5: Start exploring
Once logged in, navigate through the features and start building your Miles:
✓ Schedule bookings – browse the list of Encore’s attending team and set up one-on-one meetings
✓ Make connections – see who else is attending the Encore booth, connect and start a conversation
✓ Check the itinerary – discover all the thought leadership sessions happening at the booth. The starred events have been specifically highlighted based on your unique event journey
✓ Take a trip – we’ve listed all our industry partners who are ready and waiting to help take your event journey further
✓ Build your mileage – use the Miles tracker to see how close you are to accessing our Executive Lounge. Remember, the more you connect, the more you can access!
